When the Minecraft game fails to launch due to a crash (with mods for example), the minecraft launcher's position on the desktop changes. This is not an issue that mods are installed and not working. This is an issue with the launcher, not the game.
Expected behavior:
The launcher window should not change position by itself.
The first video showing the launcher moving after the game crashing: MCL-23186.mp4
A vanilla new instance video showing the same issue: Vanilla New Instance.mp4
NOTE: Affects version is incorrect. Should be 2.3.646 but I cannot select that option. Also affects version 2.3.651. This is the legacy launcher, not the launcher from the Windows Store.
