"New installation" button disappears after searching

      When you search for some version and nothing corresponds to your search, "New installation" button dissapears. 

      This bug appears in old version of launcher too.

       

      How to reproduce

      1. Go to "Installations"
      2. Search some version that you dont have installed
      3. Notice how "New installation" button dissapears
