The bug

When selecting a mob within the mob vote selection popup, one's previous selection in the vote is displayed at the top of the window. However, when the Minecraft Launcher is unable to fetch the user's previous vote, a loading animation is displayed in place of the name of the mob previously selected. When changing the mob currently selected in the popup, this animation resets to its initial frame, removing smoothness from this animation.

1. Forcefully enable the Minecraft Live voting window
2. Select a mob
   The loading animation to the right of "Your previously chosen mob was" resets
