Selected all 2.26.2 versions as this is a translatable string found on Crowdin.

The string "Rotating Carousel Button" (#: ..\..\apps\launcher\src\routes\Home\components\HomePage\HomePageHeroImage\HomePageHeroImage.tsx:278) contains a pleonasm. "Carousel" already means it will rotate, making "Rotating" superfluous. Removing the word will also improve the clarity of the string, as one interpretation could be the carousel button itself rotating, which it obviously doesn't.
