infinite waiting Time for install

to find a reason as well as a solution to the problem

What actually happened was...:
Sometimes just randomly ``Minecrfaft Bedrock Full Version`` is not installed anymore and when I try to downlod it again, I can just install it new but its not downloading it (its just says waitng for download). I waited for almost 30 minutes and nothing happend. After a couple trys to fix the issue nothing worked, only after I deleted the Launcher and reinstalled it 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I play minecraft in the Night, close the Game go to bed

2. Next day I open the Launcher and only ``Bedrock`` not ``Java Edition`` is not Installed anymore

3. I looked up all of my my Installed files and Minecraft for Windows was actually still                      Installed even though, need to install it in the launcher

3. I can press just like it is normal on install, it just says waiting for Download

4. but i dont see the installion bar on the bottom or anywhere else

5. I waited for almost 30 minutes and nothing happend.

6. After a couple trys to fix the issue nothing worked, only after I deleted the Launcher and               reinstalled it 

7. this has already happened to me the second time
