The bug

The language warning toast is displayed each time the launcher starts. Previously, it did not.

How to reproduce

• Set the launcher language to German.
• Close the launcher and start it again.

→  The language warning displays although Deutsch - Deutschland is already selected.

Observed result

The language warning toast is displayed each time the launcher starts.

Expected result

The language warning toast is only displayed when changing the language (as before), not at every start.
