Opening the launcher brings up the big green "Microsoft Login" button. After pressing it and logging in to my Microsoft account the login window goes away and the launcher stays at the same window with the "Microsoft Login" button now disabled.

Launcher installed from AUR package: "minecraft-launcher"

Playing Minecraft works fine through MultiMC.

Ran launcher through command line to get the included log.
