Attempting the open the Minecraft Launcher when running OSX Yosemite will result in Terminal opening as normal, however before the launcher window itself gets a chance to completely open, it will abruptly close, bringing an error.

The expected result is for the Minecraft Launcher to open as normal, which I'm sure you're all aware of.

What actually happened was the Launcher itself crashed straight after opening.
