So I am trying to play minecraft 1.8, and it just continuously keeps on attempting to download "twitch-external-platform-4.5-natives-windows-32.jar"
I look at the launcher log and i see this continuously:
"[17:35:38 INFO]: Attempting to download C:\Users\TheMusic\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\assets\objects\47\47800737d078e751698df291054adc596ba8195a for job 'Resources'... (try 5)
[17:35:38 WARN]: Had local file but it was the wrong size... had 9906170 but expected 9914930"
Then after TWO HOURS OF WAITING I saw this:
"[17:36:20 ERROR]: Gave up trying to download http://resources.download.minecraft.net/47/47800737d078e751698df291054adc596ba8195a for job 'Resources'"
Then I pressed play again.. and it just DID IT ALL OVER AGAIN!
I just bought a server and it is for a month! You have to get this fixed!
Also sometimes it says:
"Error: Could not find or load main class net.Minecraft.minecraft ". blah blah blah I don't know!
