I was making a structure with the new "Nether wart block" and "Bone block" And I noticed that when it started raining, it went right through the nether wart block, but the bone block, "blocked" it out. I wasn't able to find another submitted bug that was about the same thing, so if there is one you can discard this one. I don't know if this is how it's suppose to be, but it definitely doesn't look right to me.
