Out of date launcher in newest version

      I opened Launcher 0.9.3 today, and before anything else happened, it said this:
      Sorry, but your launcher is outdated! Please redownload it at https://mojang.com/2013/06/minecraft-snapshot-13w24a/

      It happens after the original launcher starts, with the code that says something about a launcher pack, getting a reply etc. Why am I getting this bug when I have 0.9.3?
