my game freezes for a second the my screen goes weird ever time i move the mouse to look the players head moves but does not stop moving and when i go in to 3d person and turn the charter looks like its twitching and turning in a circle i don't think this is a problem for other minecraft users but they can see when it happens and to fix it i have to close the game and then open it up again

please fix this is so annoying because it happens when I'm in servers playing game and i have to quit and i loose all my stuff
