      minecraft-launcher (arc) uses outdated source for downloading minecraft-launcher for linux

      Correct source: https://launcher.mojang.com/mc-staging/download/Minecraft_staging.tar.gz

      Because of this error, arch users will always be running an outdated version of minecraft-launcher with fresh install.

      If you do not have time to update this arc package, please hand it over to somebody who will.
