Windows 7, Java 8 update 181 build 1.8.0_181-b13, running built in environment, though.

The program freezes on the MOJANG screen right after pressing start. Java screen pops up saying Java(TM) Platform SE Binary is not responding. then it goes back to launcher with a statement about Game Crash.
