Some of my villagers are not locating the town bell, i keep seeing those grey and yellow effects above it, also can someone fully explain those effects so i am fully aware of what they are? i searched around and haven't found any information on them or even in the villages wiki. Also some of the grass on the dirt blocks at the farms are not able to be tilled with any hoes. If need be for further confirmation i can post screenshots of each individual issues or share videos by posting to youtube. I am on Windows 10 Bedrock.
