Sometimes when I open a chest and close it, I find an item in my inventory that's from THAT very chest I just opened - an item i did not pull from the chest! Happens CONSTANTLY!

I only recently purchased Minecraft, but so far this is the only consistent bug I've seen. VERY time consuming!
