Once a windows 10 computer has been touched by a non RTX bedrock installation (on any user profile).. the RTX version will not install.   I Followed usual protocol of waiting a few days after joining Xbox Minecraft beta on Xbox Insider Hub, uninstall Minecraft using Windows uninstall program feature.  The Only time I got RTX beta to install was on a new purchased computer and it being the first installation instance of Minecraft under a user enrolled in Xbox Insider Hub Minecraft beta.  It seems the Microsoft store stores a code on first install that does not get erased by the windows 10 uninstall program and files.   Maybe a file i can manually remove to clear the Microsoft store memory.
