Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the world
2. Get pickaxe
3. Start mining with pickaxe/axe/shovel/arm

Observed Results:
Pickaxe should move like in java minecraft

Expected Results:
Pickaxe moves very ugly, not like normal, all java versions of minecraft have normal right animation, bedrock have broken animation. The same with other tools like axe/shovel

The same situation with arm swing animation, but i think its already reported, please fix it, its so annoying and looks super bad. Bedrock have this wrong animation for a long time.
