Whenever I press a button in the menu, sometimes the sound effect used when you press the button is delayed.  A example I see for this is when I make a Marketplace purchase, when the sound effect when I make a purchase gets delayed for 5 seconds, before playing the given sound effect.  This bug does effect PlayStation 4 too, but I was only able to put in one platform.
