Hello. I am facing connectivity issue with Minecraft Windows 10 RTX Beta. Following the instructions, I registered and got to the point of updating to the beta version. But not how I could not do it. It was not clear if I had completed the process, but I realized that there was no notification and there was no Beta inscription on the main screen. The RTX maps were not displayed in the store, but I found a way to see them there, through the nvidia site, they were purchased but not downloaded. I tried to use texture packs with RTX, but got the message “Attention! This kit contains information for ray tracing, but your device does not support this capability. ” I tried to update the version to Beta 1.16.100.60 (As far as I understand), there I tried all the options that came to my mind and had the same results. While looking for a solution, I found out about the limitations with previous generations of video cards. In principle, from the very beginning, I understood that there is a high probability that the launch is impossible due to the presence of two video cards of different generations, namely the GeForce 2080 Ti and the 1060, the latter I used for the second monitor, although the use was indicated in the top line of the game 2080 Ti, but at the same time did not really want to turn off the second video card. After dismantling it, the version was updated to the correct one, and I was able to launch the game from RTX and all the maps were available in the store.
