I know this has been an ongoing issue on all other android  based platforms.  I am not sure if it is considered  a bug. However, it is at least an annoyance that should be addressed. 

When swimming we are forced to swim up when trying to walk a couple blocks without having to double tap forward to enter "fast" swim mode. If possible  would be nice if it could work creative fly mode or move in the direction  you are looking at!  ( on phone with just screen)

My child tends to get overwhelmed  if she falls in water because she cannot move properly.  

 I do not remember  having to deal with this annoyance  on the pc version.
