Driving vehicles causes a stuttering effect that renders running a faster option. This goes away in a new world but begins to appear again with progressive frequency. A short fix is to reset the MAC Address of the xbox (although it could just be the restarting that helps) but it appears again within a short span of time, an hour or a day.
