Founder's cape has disappeared from Character Creator

      For those still affected, did you actually own the Founder's Cape? If you did not own the Founder's Cape and were only able to use it due to MCPE-84673 then this is working as intended. Only players who downloaded the Founder's Cape skin pack during Minecon 2019 should have the option to use the cape.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Own the "Founder's Cape" skin pack
      2. Go to the "Capes" tab in the character creator

      Observed Results:
      The founder's cape is missing.

      Expected Results:
      The founder's cape should appear in the "Capes" tab.

      Dear Mojang Representative,

      I just thought I'd let you know that my Founder's Cape on this PC Minecraft Bedrock, which I downloaded back when it first came out, has mysteriously disappeared.....  Yep, it isn't listed in the list of capes I own in the Character Creator, and thus I can't remove it from my main character due to the fact I won't be able to put it back on.  So, have fun with this bug...  Rockatoa, Brickticks out!
