I was fooling around with some friends in a world when my game suddenly froze. This happens every now and then, it wasn't such a big deal. I loaded up Minecraft again to be greeted with an error message saying "Failed to load Character 4". I noticed that my skin turned to Alex, so I clicked on "Profile" and all 5 of my skins slots were constantly loading. "That's fine," I thought to myself, I'll just wait a bit. But nothing happened, and the "Failed to load Character 4" error kept popping up over and over again, with all 5 slots loading. I am unable to switch slots or delete/create a character. I can't even back out of the character select window without the error message "Multiplayer Restricted Skin Pack". I've tried restarting MC multiple times, I've even tried restarting my computer too. I'm afraid of re-installing in case I might lose my worlds. Unfortunately, I can't find anyone online with the same exact issue as me (Most tutorials saying to delete your character, but I can't click the delete button). This makes me think that my issue is quite unique, please feel free to ask questions.
