No up/down arrows after flying through a nether portal

      When I enter the nether after flying threw the portal in Creative, I notice I am still flying but there is no up/down arrows. Pressing the jump button just makes you fly higher. Flying threw the portal back to the over world causes flight arrows to disappear to.๏ปฟ See photos attached.

          Can not reproduce this for exiting/entering vechile on 0.13.1. Confirmed for entering nether portal.

          Confirmed to affect 0.12.3 on iPhone 6+ (iOS 9.0.2). This issue also occurs when entering/exiting vehicles while flying.
