2 things, one when I go into headwear it only shows a few items and non of the items that I have bought or downloaded, 2 I am not able to join my other Nintendo switch friends I try to buy it keeps getting stuck on the “locating severs” screen

      1. When I go into headwear for my customs creator skin it does not show any of the ones that I have bought or I got achievements for.
      2. I am not able to join any of my Nintendo switch friends their screen gets suck on “locating servers and it does not allow me to join theirs either.
