I have tried every troubleshooting method. I can think of and nothing works. The issue started about 2 months ago (can't give an exact date). I went to update the game but no matter how long it sat there it didn't change from 0.0%, I tried all the toubleshoots and it didn't fix it. Then I tried to uninstall and then reinstall and it did the same thing. From my guess it's an issue on Mojang's end. I did some searching around and found someone who had the same issue. They said the issue happened after the "Better Together" update. I don't know if mine is the same but from what I can tell, he reported the issue (here I guess) and then it was resolved afterward.
