Hoppers on all bedrock platforms act inconsistently. When using them in an auto sorting system, hoppers start transporting items they aren't supposed to. 

A hopper locked with a redstone signal via comparator with 41 kelp and 4 named items taking the other spaces will end up depositing items into a chest that shouldn't be able to go through the hopper in the first place.

Hoppers should have the same behavior as in java edition.
