Game crashes when wanting to use texted packs that were paid for; unable to eat; lags causing players not to be able to play

      Trying to play in paid for texters and the world crashes and would load up game, we have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't load making it feel as I am unable to play in the world I have built up the lag I experience causing crashes and players to not to want to play unable to pick up items that I have unable to eat food
