Ever since the new hot fix more errors appeared then issues being fixed

Examples : random items disappearing , random items appearing in your inventory , sound delay ( really bad sound delay) , farmer villagers are still broken , loading terrain is much slower or doesn't load at ALL , inventory not opening nor the emotes or pause menu ( it just does the weird loading sign in Minecraft) , textures just blacking out , ect

and if you were doing anything you can see the issue here 

And honestly it feels like Minecraft is falling apart , I use Minecraft to relax and its fun !

But these new errors just stress me out .I don't know if these errors appear for anyone else but for mobile users its quite painful , so could you try your best to fix these issues ?
