Update v1.16.201 is failing to install on iPad 4 with iOS 10.3.3. (see attached image)

Error message:

Unable to Download App
"Minecraft" could not be downloaded at this time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get an iPad 4 running iOS 10.3.3 and with Minecraft v1.16.50 installed
2. Open the App Store app
3. Go to the Updates page
4. Minecraft v1.16.201 is listed in the Pending Updates section
5. Press the Update button for Minecraft
6. Wait while it downloads the update
7. After downloading the update, the following error message is presented: "Unable to Download App - Minecraft could not be downloaded at this time" (see attached image)

Observed Results:
The update failed

Expected Results:
A successful update
