Sticky pistons don't spit out their blocks with a 1 tick redstone pulse like they do in the java edition

      When you give a 1 tick redstone pulse to a sticky piston on java, it makes it spit out the block without a retraction. But in Bedrock, everything is slowed down so this is impossible, and it's a huge problem with redstone, and the massive delay also makes things more laggy when multiple things happen at once. Highly recommend changing it similar to if not the same as Java edition
