This happened when I tried to buy a cosmetic item from the avatar customisation shop, when I tried to buy a "Black mesh tee" for 120, and I had 130. It took all of tokens, and didn't give me the item, it said that it was because of my internet. I reconnected my internet and reopened Minecraft, I still had no tokens, When I tried to buy more it took the money but didn't give me the tokens. I tried buying a 160 token pack and it failed It took money out of my account and gave me nothing.
