On java edition you get the status effect of dolphins grace. You see it in the top right and in your inventory with the seconds remaking. On bedrock edition there is no visual of that. In addition the speed of dolphins grace on the bedrock version is noticeably lower than the java edition. The Java is much faster and this needs to be made faster on bedrock because it is a parity issue.
