After spawn proofing most of the nether floor, and an intire nether fortress, it seems zombie piglins still spawn in the nether wastes on top of slabs. This is a problem for spawn proofing as a whole. Seeing they still spawn in the fortress. And rarely they do spawn on the floor near the lava.
