I cannot open the Minecraft app. I’ve been trying for a couple of months now and it still will not open. I attached a video of what it looks like every time I’ve tried opening the app. I have deleted the app and all it’s data from my phone multiple times to see if that would help the problem but it didn’t. I have also completely shut off my phone then tried to turn it back on but that didn’t work either. After reading many forums and other complaints it seems that the issue I’m having is unique. It would be great if someone could help me fix this problem or at least point me in the right direction. 
It is now March and I have not heard back from anyone, please reach out if there is any way to fix this issue. Otherwise I would like a refund for my payment.
