Minecraft logo screen does not appear when tabbing out and in game when game is connected to featured server

      Minecraft logo screen does not appear when tabbing out and in game when game is connected to featured server. It happens when you go to game again you are just kicked out of server instantly there is no whait. And Minecraft logo does not appear.
