When I am in the anvil combining tools when I switch them around in the two slots to see which xp level is the highest so I can get the best enchantments sometimes the tools duplicate and I have two of the same enchantments and the other one is gone. I am playing on kindle fire hd6 and this happened on my friends iPod touch 5 too.
