When A Dropped Item Is Picked While Using A Chest Can't Be Seen , Except It's Total Number of Its Kind

Steps To Reproduce Bug :
1.) Put A Chest
2.) Drop Items or Make Sure There Are Items Beside The Chest , So When You Get Near The Chest You Will Pick The Items Up
3.) Use The Chest , Then Wait Until You Picked The Items (You Will See That The Items You've Picked Can't Be Seen Its Logo or Whatever Except It's Total Number of its Kind as seen on the attachments)
