Interface for Minecraft PE on iOS would lag or be unresponsive when WiFi is turned off (not on Airplane mode). From the moment Minecraft PE is booted up, pressing on the Play button would take me around 15-30 seconds before getting to the Play screen, and it'd take me significantly longer to press the New and Back buttons to the point of hanging.
Settings button seems unaffected by this, IDK why.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Boot/Reboot iOS device
      2. WiFi should be turned off (not in Airplane mode)
      3. Start Minecraft PE
      4. Hit Play button
-it took me about 15-30 seconds to get to the Play screen
      5. On Play screen, hit Back or New button
-it took me significantly longer for it to do the action
-sometimes it feels like button presses don't register

*When I exit a game and turn on Airplane mode it's responsive again
*Turning Airplane mode off again (without turning on the WiFi) keeps responsiveness for a few minutes and then it won't be responsive again
*Turning on WiFi makes it also responsive
