So I will press the log in with Microsoft button and a pop up will ask me if I want to save my purchases to an account to sync them, do I press the button to use an account. The pop up doesn't close, if I don't press the B button on the controller or the cancel button on screen it doesn't close. If I press the B button the the main menu appears my skin is loading a d my account is logging in... I wait... and then the Steve skin returns and so does the sign in with Microsoft button. This has been happening for 2 weeks now and I can't play on my realm that I just got 3 weeks ago, as of writing this I am on the latest bedrock version 1.16.201, in case you still don't understand what I mean there are 2 videos showing my problem that I have attached ( I had to break them up because the single video was too large of a file).  I don't know how to replicate this it just happens one day, Thank you in advance for helping me!
