After playing for a while, you will notice that when you turn your camera, your frames will stutter and lag. It hurts your eyes but that is all. I use a GeForce 1050 Ti graphics card if that has anything to do with it. Both the Studio and Game Ready drivers produce the same results.
As far as I know it only began happening after the update.

Resets after you start Minecraft.

Steps to reproduce. 

1. Open Minecraft on Windows 10. 

2. Play for about 30 mins to 1hr.

3. Turn your camera. The frames stutter and are not smooth.

Edit: I got this video. It isn't as apparent in a video but notice that the frames stutter when I move my camera.
