I prefer one specific texture pack on mobile and console but only on mobile can I leave it active under global resources. On console, MC crashes on starup.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch MC and set any texture pack as a global resource. Upon setting it, depending on the pack, take note of the title screen appearance to ensure pack applied.
2. Open any world that doesn't have a pack set in world settings
3. Wait a few seconds then leave the world to title screen
4. Quit MC (open guide and select MC, press pause, select Quit)
5. Launch MC

Observed Result: MC crashes on startup and you are returned to Xbox Home. Upon starting MC after crash, MC launches normal but the "Global resources reset" banner appears on top of screen and title screen is in default textures.

Expected Result: MC launches normally and texture pack's title screen is visable showing it's still active.
