When horses are bread and the foal grows up the maximum health of the horse is not the same as the number of empty hearts. If you feed the horse many empty hearts remain.
Steps to reproduce:
Spawn a horse donkey or mule
Bread them multiple times(it doesn't always happen)
Check there health
It should be partially empty and not be fully fillable.
