This glitch only started happening after the recently added ray tracing effect to Minecraft for Windows 10. I made sure my graphics were in order, and they're all up to date. The notification popped up but I ignored it since it wasn't an issue until I opened up my world. Everything is outlined by these black lines and it isn't just the main blocks. clouds and even the pathway parrots take while in the air are outlined by these lines.
