When i go to the marketplace to get the terra swoop force map, it is replaced by the gird runners map for some reason which means i can't get the new map. This bug happened to me for other free maps in community celebration as well. Like simburgia was replaced by the traveling trader map. I waited a day and the bug fixed itself and i was able to install simburgia. But even after waiting a day i still can't get terra swoop force. I hope this gets fixed soon.
