      Resources will not Download in Play with Friends LAN session; remains at 0%.

      Server is an Fire HD10-Android 9, clients are Fire HD10-Android 9, Xbox One S and Samsung S9-Android 10. All running latest Beta and in same LAN.

      To replicate:

      1. Download a new resource pack/unavailable to others, initiate game with these.
      2. Have others join above via Friends Tab, click download in the resources pop-up
