Realms kick me out of server and don't save. Continuos Lag, people see me as my character with their skin.

      The server kicks me out of the realm every 10 minutes, without saving. If I leave the realm it doesn't save anyway.
      People see my character with their skin.
      The objects I have in hand disappear, sometimes I don't see the realms in the list, other times I can only enter on the third attempt.
      Mojang please we pay, we can't play like that.
