The enchantment item came out with three enchantments from the enchantment table.

      I use the enchantment table to upgrade a iron tool and it came out with 3 enchantments. I found it only happen to my iron tools because I enchanted diamond tools a week or two ago and it didn't happen.  I just wanted to let you know of the bug because its over powered.
