Mobs freeze and lose their ai after 10 mins of afk but when I go near them they begin to chase me again

      Creepers in my creeper farm seem to stop moving after about 10 minutes in my creeper farm, this seems to be rather annoying because I have to check my computer every 10 mins because of this glitch/bug. After I go near the creepers, they seem to regain their ai and begin to chase me
